Is your tableware dishwasher safe?


Yes! All our tableware has been designed, crafted, and fired to be able to withstand a restaurant kitchens daily use and are safe for any dishwasher. It is not required but we suggest using gentle detergents especially for our matte glazed items.




Can your tableware be used in other parts of the kitchen?


Our tableware can be used in your microwave and refrigerator. They can also be safely used in an oven up to 350°F but may crack if subjected to too much thermal shock. This is when a piece goes from extreme heat to extreme cold in a short period of time.

This stoneware pottery has been glaze fired to over 2200°F. If taken care of these wares can last thousands of years.




Does your pottery contain any harmful ingredients?


All our clay and glazes are lead free and meet all FDA criteria for consumption usage. They do not contain any other harmful ingredients that may adversely effect plants, pets, or humans alike!




How long until I receive my order?


In stock items will be ready to ship out within 5 days of placing your order. Unless otherwise communicated, made-to-order items will typically ship within 2-3 weeks at most. We are sensitive to our customers needs and if you require any order by a specific date & time please communicate this with your order and we work with you tomeet your request. Please email Jesse@JG-Clay.com if you have any special requests.




How do you ship?


Your orders are meticulously wrapped to ensure safe delivery. Orders are shipped via USPS ground. Expedited shipping can be arranged. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.




I had a broken item upon arrive. What should I do?


We have a great track record of successful deliveries, but accidents do happen. If you received a broken item please document it and send the images to Jesse@jg-clay.com. You will not need to send back the item(s). We will handle filing a claim with the shipping company and will send you replacement pieces ASAP. We will only honor broken item claims filed within 1 week of delivery.




I ordered the wrong item; can I exchange it?


We aim to make sure you are happy with your purchase of our art. We are happy to exchange items within 1 week of receiving your order for store credit or product exchange as long as they have not been used. Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and the item’s safe return. A 15% restocking fee may apply. As a small business we cannot offer cash refunds but can work out a way so all parties are happy.

All of our pieces are handmade so colors and dimensions can vary from online pictures and piece to piece. We love these variation because it makes each piece one of a kind!




I don’t live in the United States of America. Can I still buy your work?


We do ship internationally! Please email what you would like to order to Jesse@JG-Clay.com and we will work out shipping and payment.




I manage a restaurant/café/hotel/retail shop/online store, etc., do you do wholesale orders?

Do you do custom lines tailored to my business?


Yes we do! We have designed and produced lines of handcrafted pottery that reflect many different brand identities. We can put logos on pieces and tailor shapes and sizes to any need.
